we collect sales tax on any order shipping to district of columbia residents.

we accept visa, mastercard, discover, diner's club and american express.

order confirmation
upon submitting your order, you will receive an email confirmation. if there is an inventory discrepancy, we will contact you as soon as possible.

when your order is shipped, you will receive via email a ups shipping notification and tracking number.

special orders
perhaps you’re interested in an item you see on our site, but in a special size or different color than mentioned. some of our merchandise can be custom-made to your specifications.

you may even be interested in an item that you’ve seen in a magazine, in our shops, or on our site previously… send us a note at customerservice@propertopper.com. we’ll do our best to help you find exactly what you’re looking for.

special order fees may be required. remember that, once placed, special orders are non-refundable, non-returnable final sales.

international orders
proper topper ships within the united states and canada (any address outside the continental us will incur additional shipping charges). at this time, we are not equipped to process any other international orders.

we have tried to supply all of the information that you may need on our website. however, if you need more assistance, please call us toll-free 888.842.3055 from 10 am to 6 pm, monday through friday, or 11 am to 6 pm on weekends.

backorders
we will notify you if any merchandise you've ordered is out of stock and inquire at that time whether you wish to receive it later. we will not charge you for any merchandise until it is ready to ship (with the exception of special orders). if you request to receive back-ordered merchandise, we will ship and charge your credit card (including shipping charges) as soon as the inventory arrives in stock. if you prefer to reorder at a later date, you may request to cancel the back-order.

if you need gifts sent to multiple locations, please place separate orders.
