proper topper ships via ups ground service. a street address (not p.o. box) is required, along with any suite number, apartment number, or other additional address details; failure to provide correct and full address detail results in additional UPS charges which will be charged to the customer's account. in-stock orders ship within 1-3 business days and should arrive within 7-10 business days, excluding holidays. if any items are out-of-stock or on backorder, we will contact you to determine whether you want a partial shipment. please note that later shipments will incur further shipping charges.

alaska, hawaii and puerto rico require additional shipping charges. we will email you to notify you of those additional charges. we do not currently ship outside the united states.

shipping and handling charges are indicated in the chart below. oversized and heavy boxes may require an additional charge, and we will notify you in advance of shipping so that you may confirm or decline.

when your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number from ups.
