each sea stone bottle stopper is a unique piece of pure ecology that is in harmony with wine’s organic character. shaped by ocean waves into smooth, ergonomic forms, a sea stone makes the perfect handle and allows the bottle to be easily opened and securely closed. the solid rubber plug and metal body are extremely durable, and stopper makes an elegant accent on any table.

the wooden base holds the stopper when it's not in a wine bottle, so the pair may perch on display on a windowsill or counter. the bases are made of natural hardwood with the bark still on, and they go well with the natural feel and look of the smooth stones.

the sea stones are collected with permission from private rivers and beaches (with a fresh stone "planted" in the water for every stone taken), and the designer plants 10 times the number of trees used for the wooden bases.
